One mission

Our Mission

To help our clients meaningfully connect with their customers, prospects and employees.

Weighing Values

Our Values

We are proud of our tradition: more than 140 years of not being traditional. We believe we’ve become so successful and lasted so long because of our focus on finding a better way. This innovation evolves naturally from our values. The better and more efficient we are, the better and more effectively we serve our clients.

To keep us centered and guide us forward, we have...
The Geiger Way

It's all about you

Customer Focus

  1. Exceptional customer experience.
Because exceptional service is our competitive edge, we will strive to understand and respond to each customer’s unique needs. They will experience “simple, smooth, solved.”
  2. A business of Brandspiration®.
We sell branded products, but our business is finding solutions to customers’ promotion and motivation needs. Creative and unrelenting brand support – Branspiration® - will distinguish us from others.
Innovation and Creativity

Great Expectations

  1. Continuous improvement.
Every associate is responsible for improving the work they do every day. We will deliver what our customers want when they want it – and eliminate anything that diminishes that effort.
  2. Standard of excellence.
More important than size, we want to be the firm – the standard of excellence – against which others are measured.
Doing good. Doing what is right.

Respectful and Responsible

  1. Valuing people.
Our associates are by far our most valuable asset. We will hire talented people, train and empower them, and recognize their accomplishments. We want a safe, healthy workplace, where communication is strong, teamwork is the norm, and innovation energizes.
  2. A "family" of relationships.
A "family" business, we seek the collective benefits that come from mutually-beneficial, long-term affiliations with our associates, sales partners, customers, and suppliers.
  3. Profit necessity.
A reasonable financial return secures the jobs, compensation, and benefits of our associates. It funds reinvestment and allows for growth. We will share our profits with those who help create them.
  4. Giving back.
We will give back to the community from which we have drawn our strengths. As a company and as individuals, we seek to be leaders in education, charity, and civic affairs.
  5. Doing what is right.
Our decisions will be guided by “what is right.” It is good business, as well.

Once upon a time, two brothers started a company above their father's print shop in New Jersey. Fast forward 146 years and 5 generations, the family continues to run the same company 350 miles north in Lewiston, Maine. Spoiler alert - it's gotten a little bigger since then.
